AMENDING CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED
AND ONE, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS" |

Section 1. Item
(a) on page 441, under Group II for the Province of Negros Oriental,
paragraph d, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred
and one is hereby amended to read as follows: "(a) Lazi
Municipal Building —
Construction P30,000.00" Section 2. Item No. 4 on page 587, under "Public Buildings," paragraph e, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one is hereby amended to read as follows: "4. Lazi —
(a) Municipal Building P4,000.00" Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive
approval, June 19, 1960. |
