AND ONE, ENTITLED "AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS" |

Section 1. On
page 588 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred and one, item
No. 5, under "Miscellaneous," of Section two, entitled "Projects under
maintenance and short-term program of capital improvements," is hereby
amended to read as follows: "5.
Zamboanguita:
(a) Mayabon River Control P15,000.00." Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960. |
