REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2905

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2905 - AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN ITEMS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-THREE HUNDRED ONE

Section 1. Item (q), page 377 of Republic Act Numbered Twenty-three hundred one, is amended to read as follows:

"(q)    Lipata Elementary School shop
    building, Minglanilla —
    Construction    P5,000.00."

Sec. 2. Item 15(a), page 528 of the same Act, is amended to read as follows:

"15. Carcar:

(a) Valencia public market P15,000.00."

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
