| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2919 - AN ACT TO
AUTHORIZE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A FRESH-WATER EXPERIMENTAL DEMONSTRATION
FISH FARM NURSERY AT SAN MATEO, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, AND TO AUTHORIZE
THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR |

Section 1. There
shall be established and maintained, under the supervision of the
Director of Fisheries, a fresh-water experiment demonstration fish farm
nursery at San Mateo in the Province of Isabela. Section 2. The sum of fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purpose of this Act during the fiscal year ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-one. Thereafter, the necessary amount for the purpose shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of each year. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive
