J. JIMENEZ OF THE LATTER'S FRANCHISE, GRANTED UNDER REPUBLIC ACT
NUMBERED THIRTEEN HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO, TO INSTALL, OPERATE AND MAINTAIN
AN ELECTRIC LIGHT, HEAT AND POWER SYSTEM IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LA
CARLOTA, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL |

Section
1. Subject to the terms and conditions prescribed in
Section fifteen of Act numbered Thirty-six hundred thirty-six, as
amended by Commonwealth Act Numbered One hundred thirty-two, and to the
provisions of the Constitution, the sale made in favor of Vicente
Jimenez Yanson by Hernani J. Jimenez of the latter's franchise, granted
under Republic Act Numbered Thirteen hundred fifty-two, to install,
operate and maintain an electric light, heat and power system in the
Municipality of La Carlota, Province of Negros Occidental, is
approved. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960. |
