REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3669 - AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PILOT OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL OF
AGRICULTURE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN POLICARPO, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO
BE KNOWN AS THE SAMAR NATIONAL PILOT OPPORTUNITY SCHOOL OF AGRICULTURE,
AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

Section
1. There shall be established, under the direct
supervision of the Director of Public Schools, a pilot opportunity
school of agriculture in the Municipality of San Policarpo, Province of
Samar, to be known as the Samar National Pilot Opportunity School of
Agriculture.
Sec. 2. The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. Sec. 3. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four, including the purchase of the site for farming. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
