REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3758 - AN ACT TO
OPEN A COLLEGIATE DEPARTMENT IN THE MINDORO NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL
SCHOOL AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS FOR ITS OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

Section
1. There shall be opened a collegiate department in
the Mindoro National Agricultural School beginning the school year
nineteen hundred and sixty-three-nineteen hundred and sixty-four to
offer technical courses in agriculture.
Sec. 2. The Director of Public Schools is hereby authorized to reorganize said school to carry out the provision of this Act. Sec. 3. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the opening and maintenance of said collegiate department. Thereafter, the same amount shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts. Sec. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 22, 1963 |
