| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 377 - AN
ACT TO AMEND SECTION TWO OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED TWO HUNDRED AND
EIGHTY-SIX |
| Section 1.
Section two of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred and eighty-six is
amended to read as follows: "Section 2. The boundaries and limits of the territory of said municipality are established and defined as follows: "Starting from a point in the intersection of latitude 8º 04' 00" North and longitude 123º 10' 00" East going in a straight line eastward to the provincial boundary line between Zamboanga and Misamis Occidental, thence northward along that same provincial boundary up to the line defined by latitude 8º 20' 00" North, thence westward along that same latitude 8º 20' 00" North until it intersects the longitude 123º 10' 00" East, thence southward in a straight line down to the starting point." Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 14, 1949 |
