DELETE ITEM 114, PARAGRAPH "a," AND TO INSERT A NEW ITEM UNDER
PARAGRAPH "b," OF TITLE A, SECTION ONE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED
THIRTY-ONE

Section
1. Item 114, paragraph "a," Title A, Section one of
Republic Act Numbered Thirty-one hundred and one, entitled "An Act
appropriating funds for public works, synchronizing the same with
previous public works appropriations," is hereby deleted.
Sec. 2. Under paragraph "b," Title A, Section one of the same Act, a new item is hereby inserted to read as follows: "191.
Bogo National Hospital, Bogo,
Cebu 50,000.00"
Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 22, 1963 |
