REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3889 - AN ACT
CONVERTING ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF LILOY, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, INTO A COLLEGE,
AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

Section
1. The Zamboanga del Norte National Agricultural
School in the Municipality of Liloy, Province of Zamboanga del Norte,
is hereby converted into a college to be known as Zamboanga del Norte
Agricultural College, which shall be under the supervision of the
Director of Vocational Education and shall offer, in addition to its
present curriculum, such collegiate courses in agricultural technology
as the said Director may determine.
Sec. 2. The sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said college during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Such sums as may be necessary in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1964 |
