REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3909 - AN ACT
AUTHORING THE SAMAR SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
CATBALOGAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO OFFER COURSES LEADING TO THE DEGREE
OF BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL EDUCATION (BSIE) AND THE DEGREE OF
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INDUSTRIAL ARTS (BSIA) AND AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FOR THE PURPOSE

| Section 1. The Samar
School of Arts and Trades in the Municipality of Catbalogan, Province
of Samar, is hereby authorized to offer courses leading to the degree
of Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education (BSIE) and the degree of
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Arts (BSIA). Sec. 2. There is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred thousand pesos to carry into effect the provisions of this Act. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1964 |
