CHANGING THE NAME OF GUMACA EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, TO GUMACA GENERAL HOSPITAL

| Section 1. The name
Gumaca Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of
Quezon, is hereby changed to Gumaca General Hospital. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1964 |
