REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3972 - AN ACT
APPROVING ANY ASSIGNMENT, SALE, AND TRANSFER OF THE FRANCHISE GRANTED
TO RAFAEL CONSING UNDER REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIX HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN
IN FAVOR OF MARCELA S. AQUINO OF BUTUAN CITY

| Section 1. Subject to the
terms and conditions prescribed in Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred
thirty-six, and to the provisions of the Constitution, approval is
hereby given to any assignment, sale and transfer of the franchise
granted to Rafael Consing to install, operate and maintain a telephone
system in the City of Butuan, under Republic Act Numbered Six hundred
ninety-seven, in favor of Marcela S. Aquino of Butuan City, together
with all the property and equipment acquired thereunder. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1964 |
