REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3997 - AN ACT
CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BANNA IN THE PROVINCE OF
ILOCOS NORTE, TO ESPIRITU

| Section 1. The name of
the Municipality of Banna in the Province of Ilocos Norte, is hereby
changed to Espiritu. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 18, 1964 |
