REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4099 - AN ACT TO
PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BANGUI, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS NORTHERN PROVINCIAL
HOSPITAL, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

| SECTION
1. There shall be established under the supervision
of the Director of Medical Services, a hospital in the Municipality of
Bangui, Province of Ilocos Norte, to be known as Northern Provincial
Hospital. SECTION 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulation as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. SECTION 3. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Acts. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
