REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4172 - AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF AIRPORTS AND AIR NAVIGATION FACILITIES
 


SECTION 1.    The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated for the purposes mentioned hereunder:

(a)    For the operation, maintenance and repair of airports, buildings and outside installations therein, including the purchase of necessary materials and supplies.

SECTION 2.    The itemization of appropriation herein mentioned may be transferred by the Administrator of the Civil Aeronautics Administration upon approval of the Secretary of Public Works and Communications from one airport of another in an amount not exceeding twenty per cent thereof.

SECTION 3.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
