REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4179 - AN ACT
CONVERTING THE POTOTAN GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POTOTAN,
PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A NATIONAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS DOÑA
TRINIDAD BOLIVAR MEMORIAL NATIONAL HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

| SECTION
1. The Pototan General Hospital in the Municipality
of Pototan, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a national
hospital, to be known as Doña Trinidad Bolivar Memorial National
Hospital. SECTION 2. The additional sum of one hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the conversion, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-five. Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its approval.
