CHANGE THE NAME OF EASTERN PANGASINAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL TO EASTERN
PANGASINAN GENERAL HOSPITAL Section 1. The name of Eastern Pangasinan Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Tayug, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby changed to Eastern Pangasinan General Hospital. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
