REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4182 - AN ACT TO
CHANGE THE NAME OF EASTERN PANGASINAN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL TO EASTERN
PANGASINAN GENERAL HOSPITAL

| SECTION
1. The name of Eastern Pangasinan Emergency Hospital
in the Municipality of Tayug, Province of Pangasinan, is hereby changed
to Eastern Pangasinan General Hospital. SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: April 21, 1965 |
