REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4231 - AN ACT
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING AND DORMITORY FOR THE REGIONAL CENTRE FOR
THE TRAINING OF TEACHER-EDUCATORS IN ASIA (SPONSORED BY UNESCO)

| SECTION
1. There is hereby appropriated from any sum in the
National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six hundred
thousand pesos for the construction of a building for the Regional
Centre for the Training of Teacher-Educators in Asia (Sponsored by
UNESCO) and of a dormitory for the trainees thereat. SECTION 2. These Centre building and dormitory shall be constructed at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City, on a lot to be set aside for the purpose by the Board of Regents of the University. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1965 |
