REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4252 - AN ACT TO
REPEAL SECTION ONE HUNDRED FORTY-FIVE, CHAPTER FOURTEEN OF THE CODE OF
MINDANAO AND SULU

| SECTION
1. Section one hundred forty-five, Chapter Fourteen,
of the Code of Mindanao and Sulu is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1965 |
