REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4304 - AN ACT TO
REPEAL ARTICLE FORTY-NINE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THREE HUNDRED
EIGHTY-SEVEN, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE "PETROLEUM ACT OF 1949"

| SECTION
1. Article forty-nine of Republic Act Numbered Three
hundred eighty-seven, otherwise known as the "Petroleum Act of 1949,"
is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1965 |
