REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4334 - AN ACT
CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR
THE PROVINCE OF AKLAN, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED
SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

| SECTION
1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred
seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the
number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Aklan is
further amended to read as follows: "Aklan, four assistant provincial fiscals;" SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect on the first day of January, nineteen hundred and sixty-six. Approved: June 19, 1965 |
