FORTY-SIX REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF HYDRO-ELECTRIC PLANT IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF BADIAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU

| SECTION
1. Item 3, page 510, Listing B, Group II, Section two
of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and forty-six (Short-term
Rural Progress Projects Under Socio-Economic Program), is amended to
read as follows: "3. Hydro-Electric Plant, Barrio Basak, Badian. Construction, improvement and/or repair P205,000.00." SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1965 |
