REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4532 - AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY
OF ROXAS, TO BE KNOWN AS CITY OF ROXAS HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE
APPROPRIATIONS OF FUNDS THEREFOR

| SECTION
1. There shall be established a national high school
in the City of Roxas, to be known as City of Roxas High School.
Comprehensive curriculum, which includes both academic and vocational
courses, shall be offered in said school. SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, who shall exercise supervision over said school, is hereby authorized to organize said school and to locate and acquire, or to cause to be located and acquired, the site thereof which shall be within the City of Roxas. SECTION 3. The sum of five hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance and for the acquisition of the site and construction of the buildings of said school for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six. Such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance in subsequent years shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
