REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4570 - AN ACT TO
DECLARE THE SHORES AND TERRITORIAL WATERS OF LA UNION FROM AGOO TO
DAMORTIS, LA UNION, A NATIONAL PARK
|
| SECTION 1.
Notwithstanding any law or laws to the contrary, the
shores and the territorial waters from Agoo, La Union, southward to
Damortis, Rosario, La Union, inclusive, are hereby declared a national
park. SECTION 2. Any mining operations present or future in this area is hereby prohibited. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1965 |
