REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4613 - AN ACT TO
AUTHORIZE THE PHILIPPINE CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE TO HOLD ANNUALLY A
LOTTERY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PHILIPPINE RURAL RECONSTRUCTION MOVEMENT

| SECTION
1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office is
hereby authorized to hold annually a lottery, and its total proceeds,
after deducting the prizes and expenses as provided for in Republic Act
Numbered Eleven hundred sixty-nine, as amended, shall be turned over to
the Philippine Rural Reconstruction Movement for its support and
maintenance. SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 19, 1965 |
