REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4699 - AN ACT
IMPLEMENTING THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FORTY-SIX HUNDRED
THIRTY-SEVEN, CREATING A PROSECUTION DIVISION IN THE ANTI-DUMMY BOARD

| SECTION
1. To carry out the provisions of Republic Act
Numbered Four thousand six hundred and thirty-seven, the amount of one
hundred twenty-three thousand six hundred pesos is hereby appropriated,
out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated,
during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-six-nineteen hundred
sixty-seven. Thereafter, said sum as provided for in this Act shall be
included in the General Appropriations Act. SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Enacted without Executive approval, June 18, 1966. |
