ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FORTY-FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE
MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE PORT OF CAGAYAN, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS

| Section 1. The
sum of forty-five thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary
is appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not
otherwise appropriated, for the improvement, operation and maintenance
of the port of Cagayan, Province of Misamis Oriental. Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 9, 1950 |
