| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 510 - AN
ACT TO ESTABLISH A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
PANDAN, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE AND TO AUTHORIZE THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS
THEREFOR |
| Section 1. The
sum of one hundred thousand pesos or so much thereof is hereby
authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National
Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment of a
National Agricultural School in the municipality of Pandan, Province of
Antique. Section 2. The Secretary of Education shall locate and acquire a suitable site for the said school, which may be public or private lands situated in the Province of Antique. Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: June 14, 1950 |
