REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5150 - AN ACT CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

Section 1.    Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Antique, is further amended to read as follows:

"Antique, two assistant provincial fiscals." 

Sec. 2.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
