REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5237  - AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITION BRANCHES OF THE CITY COURT OF OZAMIS, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SEVENTY-FIVE OF THE CHARTER OF SAID CITY

Section 1.    The first paragraph of Section seventy-five of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred thirty-one, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Ozamis, is hereby amended to read as follows:  

"Sec. 75.    Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of city courts. — There shall be a city for the City of Ozamis for which there shall be appointed three judges and auxiliary city judge."

Sec. 2.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
