REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5328  - AN ACT PROVIDING ONE ADDITIONAL JUDGE FOR THE CITY COURT OF THE CITY OF NAGA, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SEVENTY-FIVE OF THE CHARTER OF SAID CITY

Section 1.    The first paragraph of Section seventy-five of Republic Act Numbered Three hundred five, otherwise known as the Charter of the City of Naga, is hereby amended to read as follows:  

"Sec. 75.    Regular, auxiliary and acting judges of city court. — There shall be a city court for the City of Naga, for which there shall be appointed two city judges and auxiliary city judge."

Sec. 2.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
