REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5385 - AN
ACT CONSTITUTING THE SECOND REPRESENTATIVE DISTRICT OF THE PROVINCE OF
BULACAN INTO A SEPARATE HIGHWAY ENGINEERING DISTRICT Section 1. Any provision of law to the contrary
notwithstanding, the Second Representative District of the Province of
Bulacan is hereby constituted into a separate highway engineering
district. The office of the highway district engineer shall be in the
Municipality of Santa Maria. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
