REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5473  - AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE NECESSARY FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-TWO HUNDRED FOUR

Section 1.    The following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to defray the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Fifty-two hundred four, entitled "An Act to amend Section s twenty-four, thirty-two, thirty-three, and thirty-seven of Republic Act Numbered Two hundred ninety-six, otherwise known as "The Judiciary Act of 1948," as amended, and for the other purposes," which created two new divisions of the Court of Appeals for the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-nine.

2.    Six private Secretaries at P9,000    18,000.00

3.    Six attorneys at P7,200    14,400.00

1.    Travelling expenses of Justices including
    reimbursement for the use of their privately
    owned automobiles in connection with their
    attendance at the Court Session commutable

3.    Supplies and materials    15,320.00

4.    Sundry expenses, including the repair
    and renovation of six (6) offices and rental
