ACT) Section 1. Item 141, page 176, paragraph "a", Title G,
Section One of Republic Act Numbered Forty-eight hundred fifty-four, is
hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
approval. Enacted without Executive
