REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5869 - AN
ACT TRANSFERRING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE
OF ISABELA, TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MANUEL IN THE SAME PROVINCE Section 1. Barrios Villanueva (Caloocan) and Sandiat in the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Isabela, are hereby separated from said municipality, and are made part of the Municipality of San Manuel in the same province. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
approval. Enacted without Executive
