REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6198 - AN
ACT CREATING BARRIO NAPILAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RIZAL, PROVINCE OF
ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Section 1. The sitio of Napilan in the poblacion of the Municipality of Rizal, Province of Zamboanga del Norte, is separated therefrom, and constituted into a distinct and independent barrio in said municipality, to be known as Barrio Napilan. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
