REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6243 - AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED

Section 1.    Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Batangas, is hereby further amended to read as follows: 

"Batangas, fourteen assistant provincial fiscals;"

Sec. 2.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
