REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6273  - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A SHRIMP CULTURE AND FARM DEMONSTRATION STATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANDUBAS, PROVINCE OF SULU, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

Section 1.    There shall be established and maintained under the supervision of the Philippine Fisheries Commission, a shrimp culture and farm demonstration station in the Municipality of Tandubas, Province of Sulu.

Sec. 2.    The sum of sixty thousand pesos is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry into effect the purposes of this Act for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and seventy. Thereafter, the necessary amount shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of each year.

Sec. 3.    This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
