REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6438 - AN ACT
CHANGING THE NAME OF OCCIDENTAL NEGROS PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE CITY
OF BACOLOD TO CORAZON LOCSIN-MONTELIBANO MEMORIAL HOSPITAL Section 1. The name of Occidental Negros Provincial Hospital, situated in the City of Bacolod Philippines, is hereby changed and, henceforth, shall be named Corazon Locsin-Montelibano Memorial Hospital. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its
