REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7801 - AN
ACT CONVERTING THE CONCEPCION COLLEGE OF FISHERIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CONCEPCION, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE, TO BE
KNOWN AS THE CONCEPCION POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS
THEREFORE

| SECTION
1. The Concepcion College of Fisheries in the
Municipality of Concepcion, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted
into a polytechnic college, to be known as the Concepcion Polytechnic
College. SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall take the necessary steps for the immediate implementation of this Act. SECTION 3. The amount necessary for implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Concepcion College of Fisheries. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. * Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on September 1, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution. |
