REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7803 - AN
ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE BARANGAY OF TACLOBO, CITY OF
DUMAGUETE, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TACLOBO HIGH
SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

| SECTION
1. There shall be established a high school in the
Barangay of Taclobo, City of Dumaguete, Province of Negros Oriental, to
be known as the Taclobo High School. SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. * Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on September 1, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution. |
