REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7804 - AN
ACT CREATING THE BANTAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF
BANTAYAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU

| SECTION
1. There is hereby created the Bantayan National High
School in the Municipality of Bantayan, Province of Cebu, to be
administered, maintained and run by the Department of Education,
Culture and Sports. SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. SECTION 3. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall henceforth undertake the proper administration as well as maintenance and upkeep of Bantayan National High School under its yearly appropriation in the General Appropriations Act. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. * Lapsed into law without the signature of the President on September 1, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution. |
