REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7815 - AN ACT
CONVERTING THE CAMATAGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX AT THE POBLACION OF
SABANGAN, MUNICIPALITY OF SABANGAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, INTO AN
INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE SABANGAN NATIONAL
HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE

| SECTION
1. The Camatagan National High School Annex at the
poblacion of the Municipality of Sabangan, Mountain Province, is hereby
separated from the Camatagan National High School in the Municipality
of Sabangan, Mountain Province, and converted into an independent
national high school to be known as the Sabangan National High School. SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such orders, rules and circulars as may be necessary for the implementation of this Act. SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: October 29, 1994 |
