REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7850 - AN
ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE
MUNICIPALITY OF CONNER, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, AND APPROPRIATING
FUNDS THEREFORE

| SECTION
1. There shall be established, under the supervision
of the Department of Health, a district hospital in the Municipality of
Conner, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, to be known as the Conner District
Hospital. SECTION 2. The Secretary of Health shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act. SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: December 24, 1994 |
