| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7864 - AN ACT
ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY ADLAY, MUNICIPALITY OF
CARRASCAL, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ADLAY
NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE |
| SECTION
1. There shall be established a high school in
Barangay Adlay, Municipality of Carrascal, Province of Surigao del Sur,
to be known as the Adlay National High School. SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: January 21, 1995 |
