| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7892 - AN ACT
CREATING A THREE HUNDRED-BED CAPACITY PANGASINAN PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN
LINGAYEN, PANGASINAN, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFORE |
| SECTION
1. There shall be created a three hundred-bed
capacity hospital in Lingayen, Pangasinan, to be known as the
Pangasinan Provincial Hospital. SECTION 2. The Department of Health, in consultation and coordination with the local government officials concerned, shall promulgate the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act. SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the establishment of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act of the year following the enactment of this Act into law. Thereafter, funds necessary for the maintenance and operation of the hospital shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Code or the applicable law at the time. SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved: February 20, 1995 |
