| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8018 - AN ACT
REVERTING THE NAME OF PHILIPPINE PEDIATRIC HOSPITAL AND DEVELOPMENT
CENTER IN QUEZON CITY, TO PHILIPPINE CHILDREN'S MEDICAL CENTER. |
| Section
1. The name of the Philippine Pediatric Hospital and
Development Center in Quezon Boulevard, Quezon City, is hereby reverted
to Philippine Children's Medical Center. Sec. 2. Any other law decree, executive order, proclamation, rules and regulations or part thereof inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed, amended or modified accordingly. Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Note: Lapsed into law on May 25, 1995 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.) |
