NAMING THE ROAD FROM TIGBAO (TACLOBAN) TO STA. FE, PASTRANA, DAGAMI AND
TANAUAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, AS FILOMENO MONTEJO HIGHWAY. |
| Section
1. The road starting from Tigbao (Tacloban) to Sta.
Fe, Pastrana, Dagami and Tanauan (Junction of Pan-Philippine Highway),
Province of Leyte, shall be known as the Filomeno Montejo
Highway. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. (Note: Lapsed into law on June 5, 1995 without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.) |
