| REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8151 - AN ACT
DECLARING NOVEMBER TWENTY-SEVEN EVERY YEAR AS A SPECIAL NON-WORKING
PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF TARLAC, TO BE KNOWN AS NINOY AQUINO

| Section
1. In the commemoration of the birth anniversary of
the late Benigno "Ninoy S. Aquino, Jr., who was born and raised in the
Province of Tarlac, November twenty-seven of every year is hereby
declared a social nonworking public holiday in the Province of
Tarlac, to be known as Ninoy Aquino Day. Sec. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. Approved, Lapsed into law on Sept. 04, 1995, without the signature of the President, in accordance with the Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution. |
